  • If the doctor changes the medicine it will be exchanged with other medicine.
  • Not refund the cutting /loose/open packaging items or medicine.
  • If you received a defective item or past it expiry date.
  • If the ordered items is lost or damaged during transit when delivered to you.
  • Note: Refund payments will only be made via the original payment method of your order directly into your bank account or you can refund directly to our nearby store. While we regret any inconvenience caused by the time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
